The weekend was great! Friday night was Paul's Farewell and off to LA party and we were geared up for a pretty good time. Jeff Brown aka Creepy drove up from Indy for the weekend. Jeff in case you know was the original assistant editor of MK ULTRA from the mid 90's and he also created the very popular comic strip Demon Dancer. We went to Dappers had some coffee and arrived at Exit where a lot of the gang had already gathered. Once the upstairs opened we went into the back and orded our drinks from Carolyn and the laughs began. It almost looked liek a MWGH reunion being that the 4 of the embers of one era were all together. And it was the first time I'd seen Jason's wife Juanita in several years. All in all it was a kick ass all around good time.
Somehow wee made it till last call and Jeff and I were off in search of some place to eat. It wasn't as easy as it should have been. About 15 minorities working at White Castle couldn't manage to take our order and at the Golden Nugget the waitress was asleep at the table. We tried the Lincoln Head which was closed and finally got a rectum busting burrito at 5AM
Saturday Creepy recreated the old MK 1995 version of a crucified Easter Bunny. Kevin finished the cover for my first DVD release and before we knew evening was setting in on us so Jeff and I went over to Christina's where I learned he has an amazing singing talent. He displayed the art of Karaoke well. Better than the waitress and anyone else for that matter. Weird how you know someone for 12-13 years and never knew he sang.
And Sunday we dropped in on Shena and chilled out for the day before Jeff took off for the state line around 4 or 5 AM. I had a very difficult time sleeping.
Funny yesterday being Easter we managed to seriously offend some people on myspace with the Easter image. Why anyone uptight would even add themselves as a friend of mine on myspace if they have no sense of humor.
I'm tired and physically exhausted and I still have an event to attend with Afra, Moe and Mike J tonight at the Hard Rock Hotel.
Grrrr.
