Red Line Blues (in 3/4 time)

Well I'm back but am I feeling the fatigue. We got to camp Sweet Minnihaha late in the afternoon last Friday, and in tow was less booze than ever.

1 handle of Capt. Morgan Spiced Rum, 1 handle of Svedka Vodka, 1 fifth of silver tequila for yours truly alone and a 30 pack of Coors light. Now maybe for Mr. and Mrs. Joe Friday that maybe a lot, but we even returned with leftover and lost 1/2 of that handle of Vodka somewhere along the banks of the Sugar River.

As a matter of fact I was looking more forward to showing off my campfire skills to my gal than anything else.

We had secured a silver Altima for the travels and with the stereo blaring up the highway into the great state of Wisconsin, I set up our brand new tent, and hurried into Brodhead to the local Piggly Wiggly to fill the cart with a fortune worth of foods.

To our surprise we arrived during the first day of the Brothers of The Third Wheel www.btw-trikers.org Sugar River Rally. This was a different breed of biker proudly known as trikers. But more on that later. My time is restricted being I am wrapped in a bath towel preparing to change for work.

As a matter of fact, I must sign off now and come back tonight before the Skinny Puppy event and add more to this rant.

At work yesterday I was stiff and sore and tired. We got home at 1230 AM the night before and had to unload and pack the ride. I was up at 4 AM and had to be at work by 815. Needless to say I was in sad shape when I got home and was asleep by 8PM and slept in today till 630 AM.

See you at NEO
