Hey Alex,

What's up? Man you are not gonna believe how I came across
your name. Couple of days ago I Tivo'd HBO's Real Sex 2.987,258 (lol)
because there was a girl in it that is just drop dead gorgeous. I
haven't seen her face for a while so today I googled her name already
knowing she did Barely Legal 39. Came across a couple of forums and saw
she had a profile up on MySpace.com. AAhhh now I'm sure I have your
attention. Corina Taylor + myspace.com = Alex. When I found out she's
the next Vixxxen I laughed my ass off. Not in a bad way. Just couldn't
believe how I go looking for one thing and come across your name. I saw
your pic in her friends list and I was like "what's this muthafucka
doing in here? First time I saw her was on that Can you be a porn star
series. Who would've figured it was rigged (sarcasm).

Well as always I hope all is well with you and your mag. I
will most definitely be buying the next issue for obvious reasons. Get
back when you can. Take care Alex.

Man, you gotta come to LA! It's a bigger show (there will be booths much nicer than mine), my same crew will be there (hopefully Jamie and I will be engaged by then...I would do it for her...LOL) and Mr. Hefner will be there as well. You've got to get a shot of him reading MK...Come on. There's also the "LA factor" which really needs a good infusion of twisted, midwest raunchy humor. Like, for sure dude....like everyone's going to be there. Anyone who's anyone that is....for sure.

If that doesn't sell ya, think about how many jacks and cokes old Roy can suck down on a four hour flight! You ought to rent a wheelchair and go for the free upgrade as well. That would be a nice side story for ya.

Even BETTER, why don't you buy a table for 250.00 and invite Jesse Jane to sign autographs??? Hell Yes!!!! Shit I'll be at your booth more than mine! I wouldn't give up Jamie for her but OMG is she the bomb! I bet she could sell alot of subscriptions for you. "Free autograph with each subscription" Maybe even a kiss for a lifetime subscription......Come on!!....LA needs a good sick kick in the schweatty balls.

I see MK out here in LA on the stands at Tower and I still love your magazine to this day. Your magazine is one of my faves next to Gothic Beauty, Fangoria, Metal Maniacs, Rue Morgue, and BW&BK. It is nice to see that there is a good source out there such as your mag keeping the scene alive for darkness. Promise me that you'll cover me in your mag later on when my show gets picked up. Working on a full series of 8 28 minute episodes right now to be shopped and aired on cable access in many states. I'll send you a package down the road when they are complete. Keep in touch. Type O Negative still rules. HAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The following is a letter we got from someone who goes by the handle American Patriot in regards to a story we did on the t shirt boycott by Al and company of Ministry, one of our favorite bands by the way.

I think the guy misses the point as do a lot of the right wing conservatives. As far as I'm concerned, the t shirt in question is dangerous because, there is a lot of "dumming up of America" by irresponsible media reporting. And to sell a shirt that reads "Voting Is For Old People" sends out a very poor and irresponsible message. If you think about it, if you make it un cool to vote the youth that put stock in "being hip" won't. Plain and simple.

It's sad when I think about how many times I ask someone who they are voting for and they respond with they don't feel that their votes cunt. And it's hard to tell them that it does when Bush lost the popular vote by thousands and still got elected. if I were 18 I'd doubt my vote would count as well.

If I had more time to construct this into an article that was more articulate than me just ranting I would. However, I think the letter from American patriot speaks for itself and says a lot about pope who take quotes out of context and report 1/2 truths as "tabloid" journalism. But that's the Republican way, ain't it?

Enjoy the letter and I look forward to your response which I will post at the bottom of the letter. - AZ

Alex Zander,

I've recently read your story about the boycott on Urban Outfitters because of the t-shirt that said, "voting is for old people". You talked about an artists from the band, Ministry, called Al Jourgensen. Here's the truth about that man. Al Jourgensen and his following of fans are a bunch of anti-American lunatics. It's ironic in his letter to Urban Outfitters he calls that shirt an anti-American abomination. Maybe he should look at the idiotic things he's said in the past to see who the true anti-American is.

Go here to read the truth about Al Jourgensen from Ministry.
http://www.celiberal.com/showCeliberal.php?id=61

This is from VH1
VH1: Is there something about the current climate that makes it the right time for Ministry's return?

Jourgensen: A friend said to me the other day, "Do you guys only tour on Gulf Wars?" It seems that way! It’s a coincidence. We don’t sit around and think, "That f*cking Bush! We’re gonna write a record!" It’s more like "That f*cking Bush!" You can expect our next record when Jeb gets into office! [Laughs.]

This is from an interview he did with a radio station

KNAC.COM: Does the juxtaposition of Bush in your stage show where he appears to be flying around the screen and speaking without saying anything encapsulate your feelings toward him and his administration?

JOURGENSEN: That guy is the worst, man. You know, they did an I.Q. test of Presidents since 1950, and I think it started with Eisenhower. Anyway, Bush ranked lower than any of them. He had a score of 91, which is just right above retarded. That’s not just sad, it’s insane.

KNAC.COM: Do you think that when history looks back on Bush that there is the potential for him to look worse than Nixon?

JOURGENSEN: I think he’s gonna go down as bad or worse than Saddam Hussien.

KNAC.COM: When you said, “no blood for oil” during the Albuquerque performance and the response was mixed, did it bother you that so many people appear to have bought into this whole “liberation of Iraq” spin control strategy implemented by the Bush administration?

JOURGENSEN: Oh, you mean the Coalition of Killing? Yeah, this guy is a dope. I will do everything in my power to raise the awareness level to get him out of office. Individually, we need him to step down. He is disgusting and doubtlessly the worst President we’ve ever had in the fucking history of the United States.
This is from an online chat he had with fans

"YOU GOTTA FIGURE WITH A COLON DICK AND BUSH RUNNING THINGS
"SOMEBODY'S BOUND TO GET F*CKED"

"BARBARA BUSH IS HOT
"PRUNE TANG"

Also, look at what happened after this information got out about the boycott on his music. He got a taste of his own medicine and now his fans and his supporters are fighting against us for boycotting his work. How pathetic and absolutely hypocritical of them. Why is it ok for Ministry to boycott whoever they want but it's wrong for conservatives to do the same thing when they boycott their music?

This is what a lunatic fan of Ministry had to say about our troops giving their lives in Iraq.

4-7-04

Alex,
I was checking out the website last weekend, and I
wanted to say what's up. It looks like MK-Magazine is back in full force.
Lots of information on the website.

I like the information about the FCC, and government crackdown on indecency
in the media. In my opinion the whole fuss about media indecency on radio
and tv is a conservative agenda to repress people from seeing sex and
violence. Bush himself is in bed with the Christian Coalition, and other
religious organizations. This won't last long though. I don't think Bush
stands a chance in November. Ok so we got Sadaam, but we still have not
taken out Al-Quaeda. Also, the middle and working class are suffering right
now. Look what has gone down since Bush has been president: War, Corporate Corruption, lack of job creation, weak economy, and nothing good.

Speaking of anti-Bush rhetoric, I saw the Dubya resume on the Ministry
website last November. Jourgensen has good knowledge on how half assed
George W. is. I also saw that Ministry will be on the Rock Against Bush
compilation with the song "No W." I also go on www.ministrymusic.org.
Can't wait to hear Houses of The Mole.

Have you heard anything off the new Ministry? I saw that John Monte is the
new Bassist from M.O.D., Mindfunk, and Dragpipe. I am sure Louie Svitek had
something to do with that hook up. Louie Svitek was in both M.O.D. and
Mindfunk too. Or has Al known John for a long time? I used to have
Mindfunk's debut on cassette, and saw their video for "Big House Burning" on
the original Headbangers Ball back in 1991.

I also saw the info about the Revolting Cocks album coming out soon. Will
Sanctuary put that out too?

That's all for now. Tell your buddy Greg I said what's up.

Take care,
